Shahla Motamedi, Producer Extraordinaire, is our in-house producer and all around go to gal. She executes well in organizing and running complex projects from our commercial film/videos shoots, commercial photo shoots, and the logistics of running a commercial Video Production Company. Shahla is a team player, her attention to detail, her communication with individuals, her persistence and tenaciousness serves her well in this demanding role. Frank Paul Perez, Creative Director. He Started Red Lily Studios in 2005 to focus on his passion for filmmaking, photography, and design. Frank has a Bachelors of Fine Arts (1996) and Bachelors of Industrial Design (1997) from Rhode Island School of Design.

James Beverley, VP of Operations and Internet Technologies. James brings a wealth of experience with a degree in engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University. He has worked for many Fortune 500 companies including Ford, and he ran his own web-design firm in Brazil.

Robert Elksmann, Senior Web developer and Film editor is a graduate of Cal Arts with a degree in Film and Video.
